Small Group Training
For the mama on a budget who loves to combine workouts & socialization. Our small group training sessions focus on strength training, mobility, and proper stretching. Whether you’re completely new to strength training, or just need some extra motivation, this is a great class for all fitness levels.
Tues/Thurs: 5:30 am, 9 am, 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm
Sat: 7 am, 8 am
Cost: $20-25 a session
Semi-Private Training
For the mama who wants to workout with a friend or two. We offer personalized semi-private sessions at a reduced rate at your home or our gym.
Cost: Varies
Personal Training
For the mama who would like one-on-one attention and maximum oversight on lifting form. Perform a strength training plan tailored completely to your needs, wants, and skill level. Sessions can be done at our gym or at your home, for an extra travel fee.
Sessions available Monday-Friday
Cost: $69-$99 a session
Accountability & Nutrition Coaching
For the mama who needs extra support - this is an add-on service to any of our training packages. We offer a personalized nutrition plan to fit your needs, as well as regular check-ins, for the ultimate success in your weight loss journey.
Cost: $99-$249 monthly
